About the VIC Awards
Since 1988, the KLCS Video in the Classroom Awards Program has recognized and stimulated interest in the use of video production technology as a teaching tool. By encouraging students and teachers to incorporate technology in the curriculum, we are providing our students with additional tools to succeed.  Students learn critical thinking and problem-solving tools by developing interactive multimedia and video programs. A gala VIC Awards Ceremony is held each year in June, and is broadcast on KLCS throughout the year.
